CEO

Daniel holds a BS CEE degree from Carnegie Mellon University and is well versed in the nonprofit sector, strategy and client relations through his work as an AmeriCorps NCCC and VISTA alum. His pitch for involveMINT won the Google for Entrepreneurs Startup Weekend Competition in 2015.

Stacy Desai
Partnership Development Manager

Stacy's area of expertise is in developing programs to achieve behavioral change and system-wide acceptance of new innovations and initiatives.

Jeremy Zacharia
Full-Stack Developer

Jeremy is the founder of Zacharia Lugar LLC consulting firm. The firm started with a mission to empower evolution within organizations through technology by providing custom software solutions to individuals and organizations that seek to build ethical, constructive, and scalable applications. Jeremy has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has work experience as a software engineer in leading transportation and robotic industries.

Nathan Narey
Digital Marketing Strategist

Nathan’s background includes 10 years of agency experience and 15 years of web programming. He has improved the online presence of dozens of different businesses and has experience in many fields and industries. He spends the majority of his time in front of a computer coding, researching, and diagraming his way through different technological challenges.

Patrick Taylor
Full-Stack Developer

Patrick is a recent graduate of Academy Pgh Coding Bootcamp. As an entrepreneur with a successful home business, over the past several years Patrick has had the opportunity to teach himself coding. He is especially excited to be putting his skill to work on a project that helps underprivileged communities thrive.

Kenny Wu
Full-Stack Developer

Kenny is a recent graduate from Pitt with a master's degree in Information Science. A conscientious and hardworking learner with essential skills and experience in developing web applications. Additionally, he’s also leveraging his passion as a full-stack web developer, knowledge and background in Economics to create a startup of his own. He’s excited to continue to practice his expertise as an intern with involveMINT.

Michael Marks

Senior Researcher at American Institutes for Research. Consultant and evaluator of Complementary Community Currencies both in the US and International. Served as an Administrator, Chief Development Officer and National Director of Research for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. Former Board Member for Time Bank USA.  Michael received his PhD in Social Welfare and his MPA in Public Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York.  

Barbara Huston

Barbara was the founder and CEO with Partners In Care, the first service exchange in Maryland to focus on both meeting the needs and utilizing the talents of older adults. She continues to use her training as a Certified Public Manager and a Standards for Excellence nonprofit consultant to support community initiatives involving equity, social currencies, and a holistic approach to challenging issues in our society.

Evangeline Mensah-Agyekum
UX/UI

Evangeline is an undergraduate student doing an SDM in technology, design, and business with a minor in Engineering Studies at CMU. Outside of school, she is a photographer, stylist, and creative director.

Ze Yu
Full-Stack Developer

Third year student at the University of Pittsburgh. Major in computer science and minor in applied statistics, with a concentration of data science. Extensively skilled in Java, Python, C, C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, and statistical programming like R.  

Hayoon Choi
Communications Design

Currently a student seeking to earn a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design in Carnegie Mellon University and interested in pursuing a minor in HCI. Passionate about UI/UX design, research, illustrations, animation, and web design.
