The firm started with a mission to empower evolution within organizations through technology by providing custom software solutions to individuals and organizations that seek to build ethical, constructive, and scalable applications. Jeremy has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has work experience as a software engineer in leading transportation and robotic industries.

Michael received his PhD in Social Welfare and his MPA in Public Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
Barbara was the founder and CEO with Partners In Care, the first service exchange in Maryland to focus on both meeting the needs and utilizing the talents of older adults. She continues to use her training as a Certified Public Manager and a Standards for Excellence nonprofit consultant to support community initiatives involving equity, social currencies, and a holistic approach to challenging issues in our society.
